Not exactly sure.I'm guessing OTC Markets requested fixes because some of the filings have been uploaded multiple times.
Keep in mind that OTC Markets (a private entity) controls the Current, Yield, and Stop Sign statuses, etc. They are not the SEC. I'm sure the changes are probably something minor, but IMO they keep posting disclosures which tells me they are actively seeking the Current tier.
