I do not think it is penny stock fluff - it is the only tool penny stocks have against shorts - give a glimpse of progress and possible potential. CEO is not lying or misleading - he just gave early partial results - like biotechs give interim results

Now that some results are out - there will be small leaks and SP will reflect it.

These results also allow them to use it for partnership discussions.

The market is still less than $ 1 B - so there is room for growth - I expect co to raise money this time if the SP goes above $10 - they can issue 5 million shares and add $50 million for opex

I am more excited about possibilities and we are talking only 4-5 weeks to get in depth report that people can analyze
