Well, one cannot short this stock on 25 cents cause it takes at least 2.5 dollars to short just one share. Perhaps, buying 8 shares is more doable.

(the “Landlord”), pursuant to which the Company agreed to lease approximately 8,375 square feet of in what is known as the Mt. Kisco Theatre at 144 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York. The term of the Lease is five years.
