Patterson Works mostly with Emmons imo. Not certain of how Patterson interacts with ACE or why Hospital installations have not augmented with the Anihilyzer success rate. (I would only be speculating and believe your question if posed in a constructive manner to IR would be beneficial knowledge) I do know Patterson and Emmons have been making some of the house calls to hospitals and (as someone meaning myself that has set up many sales teams) would love to know how ACE interacts with hospital purchasing areas and what concerns hospitals have that may need solution oriented trouble shooting. Though the Anihilyzer model is small the success rate is not... (from my DD) (thus the disconnect) and it a question I would like to understand. That's all I know man. Have a good one.
