Merger has been postponed already. Should have been consummated mid Sept. Read the PR's. This is a 90 million dollar acquisition, not some BS transaction your ordinary penny stock puts out. All parties want to get'er done. Lets wait to see what John has to say soon.

If price dips, buy more. IMO
