"The kicker on top of all of this is that you are hell bent on insisting that slavery and immigration don't exist. When you teach your kids from an early age that notion, what's going to happen when they find out that it does?"
They must have knocked you pretty hard in the head.
I learned about slavery and immigration in schools. I got to read To Kill a Mockingbird. (The book that Progressives are banning in schools). I read Nat Turner's Confessions in high school. I learned about immigration.
But I did not learn that I was inherently bad because I was white. That I was an oppressor. That the blacks in my school were less than me.
Biden slaps down Peter Doocy's 'garbage' question to his face
President Joe Biden denied a Wall Street Journal report that his administration was considering large payouts to immigrant families whose children were separated by the Trump administration.
"The Biden administration is in talks to offer immigrant families that were separated during the Trump administration around $450,000 a person in compensation, according to people familiar with the matter, as several agencies work to resolve lawsuits filed on behalf of parents and children who say the government subjected them to lasting psychological trauma," the newspaper reported on Thursday.
Fox News personality Peter Doocy asked Biden about the report during a Wednesday press conference.
"Do you think that that might incentivize more people to come over illegally?" Doocy asked. "If you guys keep sending that garbage out, yeah. But it's not true," Biden replied.
"So this is a garbage report?" Doocy asked.
"Yeah," Biden replied. "That's not going to happen."
President Joe Biden got sassy with Fox News’ Peter Doocy Tuesday when the White House correspondent asked him about a recent call with Russian president Vladimir Putin.
“Mr. President,” called out Doocy, who covered Biden during the 2020 presidential campaign. “What did you talk to Vladimir Putin about?”
