Nader Pourhassan got paid bonus shares when Pestell was hired. Why was that if he had no decision making authority on the hire? What did he do to earn those shares, which by the way, were never returned after Pestell was fired without cause.

That idiot is Nader who got bonus shares for the transaction, and the only one who did. When trying to find the truth, follow the money.

By the way, Pestell was a Paulson introduction. Moreover, given that Nader sabotaged the Pestell situation, same as he sabotaged the HIV trial, we will never know what success Pestell, would have brought to the company.

In fact, in a fairly recent Pro Active Video, Nader , out of the blue, credited Pestell for any CYDY success in cancer.

There is no case regarding the Pestell situation except that Nader once again demonstrated his incompetence and lack of ethics.

As a reminder, Nader wanted Pestell to Submit for a trial with what Pestell and other Medical professionals believed to be unsafe protocols for patients. Nader tried to force it through. Pestell stood up to Nader’s unethical behavior so Nader forced him out and cost us millions. 100% Nader failure.

An independent arbitration panel also decided there was no cause to fire Pestell. Soup to nuts the entire debacle is on Nader. These are facts. Any other narrative are unsupported opinions.
