Not nonsense, and the 'stymying' and stalling isn't by the greater dem party but by people like repbubldems like munchkin and cinema who have been screwing their own party since they got into office, which is their job as republiqan plants. It only takes one to stall a bill for weeks.

Filibuster used to be where the senator stood or stayed at the podium physically and that was tough to do, so it wasn't used very much. Recent years ago when the republiqan majority passed bills to allow filibuster by proxy and just a letter where no one has to be there. It's easy to filibuster now. For any reason.

I don't know everything about political methods and stuff, or even 1/3, but I get the gist.
