DGTW - Yes, I read Trustee's motion three times. Trustee didn't hold anything back this time.
When I listened in on the last hearing and the Judge was making sure everybody was on the same page, there was NO indication that this was going to be filed.
It seemed that since the settlement had been reached and then added to the revised POR (filed 10-18-2021) the calendar was adjusted so that filings and notice timelines locked everything in for the POR confirmation on 12-2-2021.
