I'll be buying in 2022 depending on the dilution.

They're always be dilution. There was dilution when you originally bought it and they'll be dilution when you buy back in again.

It's always been about proper valuation despite the dilution.

~$2.5M in TTM revenue and trending downward doesn't support a market cap higher than $5M. And nothing in the immediate future suggests revenues will be ticking upward.
