IF CREDITORS ARE PAID IN FULL!!!!
The estimated remaining asset to distribute according to the balance sheet was 1.1 Billion.
The whole amount of 1.1 Billion is offered in the 23rd distributions plus the 25k buyout for the creditors to satisfy in full.
Distribution date was in October 7.
It is written in the Plan Trust agreement that There is a window of 30 days for the Plan Trust to discharge once creditors are satisfied.
Prior to discharge, all stocks must be returned back to the beneficiaries.
In November 1, Six days before the 30th day,
Docket # 61342 shows a transfer agreement of certain claims that makes me think that “Satisfied in Full” have not achieved.
Am I sure about this???
Maybe not until the 30th day.
Indeed, There is still little little hope remains.
