#18 RE: Trooperstocks #14

Looking forward to a resolution... looks like miscommunication within the Ministry. $DSMTF

Moreover, the Ministry issued all permits required for the drilling program and are well aware that Deep-South has completed the drilling program.

The DSMTF legal claim is moving forward quite rapidly with the Nambia High Court ordering the next filings to be made by November 11th. Generally, legal issues take long periods to resolve or even make any progress at all. It is very encouraging to see this case moving ahead so quickly. A positive ruling for DSMTF could mean a lot here.

I will be watching closely for further developments announced from DSMTF on this legal case. It seems to me that the company has a very good chance of prevailing and that would be extremely positive for shareholder value here.

Today was the $DSMTF court date...I would think that we'll hear something in a few days, or by the end of next week at the latest.

The Court will hold another hearing on November 11, 2021, to define the further procedures with regards to the review of the decision of the Minister.
