The only thing that I would think that they are waiting on is in the political arena.
The need is there, the desire is there and all pieces are ready to go. Therefor political imo.
Perhaps when the energy infrastructure starts to show holes/issues this winter then they come with a solution. Also, to help solidify the 2024 (July 7th, 2024) President Election/General Election for Morena....
The energy infrastructure announcement, then construction should be completed around then thus AMLO/Morena center piece for Mx improvement plan for the Mx Peeps will be front and center in the news imo?
Political animals cannot help but to decide things on all things politics/power and perhaps some other self interest as well.
Then the question obviously becomes after, does MRGE get a deal or some deals?
Hopefully, bc it is What we are all counting on!
Be nice to hear something soon and it would coincide with the above stated premise.
That being said, i have not gotten any time table correct so far nor has any on else!
