The $1.5 mil was likely a subjective valuation so the .005 for 300 mil means nothing imo. I’m guessing the holder will take anything for these shares hence the pps tanking. Price Coopers didn’t rate/value this exchange of shares for asset. The day of the acquisition PR, the stock tanks 50% and continues to drop. Coincidence? Lol
