Good morning creede,

The last two to escape were NXMR & PMBY, I expect more to follow and we will see as time goes on, many of these dark companies are using this new rule as a springboard to perform mergers, sell more stock lol ect,

So as far as running 1000's of %, some will and some won't I expect. It's really just a wait and see at this point IMO.
