As I mentioned, I think the speed is much more of a factor than the storage capcity when it comes to Google. I have no idea how much HybriDIMM would speed up a typical Google search. It could be enough to really hurt them or it could be insignificant. I may have missed your reply, do you know if NetLists patents are utility patents or design patents. This could be very significant.
