I think the only diluting will be for the "new project". Likely issuing shares to a new company in hopes of instantly generating some revenue. The current plan is in the toilet. No business is going to pay hundreds of dollars to be featured on a website with no traffic. There doesn't appear to be any paid subscribers, only Google results. Am I missing something???
