Now this 10 % chance could get better if more and more people get the vaccination, it's called herd immunity. But in America we have approximately 30 % of the population that have decided not to get vaccinated.

Not because those people choose not to get to vaccinated they allow the virus to have a new "host" to create a new variant, like we are watching each day.
