I submit that each time Trump has settled a lawsuit he has been found guilty of some illegal activity.

And illegal activity by him, or by others on his behalf, has been en stopped by court decisions against him.

And your statement does not clear Trump of any illegal activity. Anyone who has bothered to check him out knows he has acted illegally in matters of consequence. More times than one.
