I have not seen those yet, but I will bet you they are just delinquent filers who were finally forced to catch things up.
The spirit of this thread was the resurrection of tickers that we had written off as dead - like ACCR, TRAE, ALLQ, CBPI, LBWR, QENC, RWGI, SCAL, SHGY, XLPI, etc.
In the aftermath of the rules change, I am struggling to define the Tier Change which would encompass the same effect.
The Tier Changers we have seen thus far are all yawners, so I know they are not making the cut.
Therefore, I keep falling back upon either stocks that are already on the G2P list (and now trapped in Expert) or securities which have been grey for decades.
I'm thinking when a true "Houdini" happens it will be an obvious occurrence to us and the rest of the market.
It may require a passage of time where we once again begin to believe a stock is never getting out of expert.
Just not sure.
