Clearly you've never played a scam stock that did something like a 10000:1 split...and proceeded to dilute it into the ground over and over.
The split is only for the purpose of getting NASDAQ listed...which is freaking HUGE! Once on the NASDAQ, we'll certainly get awesome News. The price should easily hit multiples of $4 one the future developments.
