i did have some coinbase pro issues. was logged out at one point, couldn't trade, or transfer crypto a few times.
are you using the regular coinbase or the pro side?
to use CBP, just do a web search to find its login, then use your same regular coinbase login and password.
fees are much lower, and there's more "banking" functionality. slightly better tools, also.
