We need a proof that the co. or any others dont dilute the market with shares...

Yes but answers to those questions would give us a base closer to .02 than .01. from there news will propel us to new heights. If this goes down to .01 this wil just become flip after flip between .01 and .02. IMO

Basically we have few longs here - when the stock did not go up - the ones who are here for a flip - SOLD - as a penny stock we probably have more flippers than longs... that is just the way it is.

With proper communication you\I\we wouldn't be blaming Jim Plant. Jim Plant brought on these issues to himself when he increased the AS to 3 Billion shares without communicating it to any of the shareholders beforehand. Now with hindsight you can't say there was no time to do so.

I would say that is Jim's biggest black eye. Since that point the stock has fallen over 33%. Shorters have this stock by the short hairs until the AS comes clean.
