PS Seneca bying common with what 3-10 upside and says "sure" to FNMAS which has a sure-fire 8x upside. "Going to $25"

So, why would they buy common and not FNMAS?

He also bought a bunch of FNMAT a few weeks ago. He has said he values liquidity which is why he isn't buy the less liquid prefs.

I don't know why he's in the commons if his estimated upside is $3-15. Might be trying to spark some memestock-like rally?
