TP, the 24 hour next trading day scenario has zip to do with an obligation of the disclosure to IPIX from the data group. It relates to the disclosure obligation of a public company...in this case IPIX. The "data group", as in the case of Prurisol (sorry, but it works in the context you're providing), only has to disclose results to IPIX (or the CRO?) based on their agreement, not some legal requirement.
