I can also think it this way despite the crook James Tilton's bad reputation that the LOI is a precursor of the signed contract, therefore, they are still in process of acquiring 51% of the said Exchange since they just PRd the LOI. Therefore, this is not a done deal yet unless they put an official press release that they have signed the acquisition.
