Looks like CDEL is accumulating or pumping it lower on purpose for retail to exit before the property sells and the revs explode Q over Q. That is what I think when I see them spreading the bid/ask and im like 99% sure im right because the other option is dilution and there is no change here.
Also love the level 2 update posted here, many don't have that capability and it certainly allows more retail to fight the good fight here. This is worth like 4-5x current price when this house sells. Waiting on an official update.
