they (gtsm today) put up 10k but its just the first 10k they have for sale, and it stays there at 10k till all their shares at that ask are gone

IMO they are just selling shares to each other right now at 27/28. And grabbing the weak hands shares in the meantime. This is price fixing. They also don't have to show the actual shares available on the bid or ask and often don't unless they want you to see.
