I use TDA. I heard Etrade was allowing at the beginning of this mess, but i'm not sure. I'm sick and tired of all this investor protection crap from the SEC. All they are doing is giving select MMs a method to short with no resistance. Maybe it is payback for the huge runs in the past month, who knows. Either way it sucks. Anyone know the answer to this? I, too, would have loved some more in the 1s.
