Low volume easy to manipulate. I think Nxmh float is locked. Maybe a few people flipping or giving up but s8k and usa distribution should be announced any day now. Seems like they are waiting for something to announce or it would have happened same week of wbba/Cpsl. The longer the wait the bigger it will be imo. They are slowly falling out of nasdaq requirement which I think is key to getting foreign investors. I don’t believe Japanese can invest in otc easily so we haven’t really seen any foreign money yet
