CCS +2.54 to 65.27, clearly there are ongoing headwinds for the homebuilders, as you indicated, but there are tailwinds as well. Home prices keep rising due to strong demand and short supply, up a stunning 20% y/y in Q2 for CCS. I'm expecting strong Q3 reports from the group. I remain overweight the sector and am holding for now .... but rising mortgage rates may become an issue next year, so I'll probably be trimming back my positions in the coming months.

Average sales price of home deliveries for the second quarter 2021 was $362,600, compared to $301,400 in the prior year quarter, primarily due to increased demand and home price appreciation across our markets.
