Take a look.. there's a new filing that was uploaded today to the NY SOS for the entity.



Comparing the filings there and on OTCMarkets, you can see that the filing made with NY SOS today (File ends in 2474) has yet to hit on OTC, will at any moment be revealed.



I'm excited with the possibilities of what that new filing may contain :)
