I know company believe that quiet period ends as soon as S1 becomes effective.

Here is my question though: is the S1 we are now seeing published publicly a fresh new draft or is this still the original one, but updated? Last CC, they said the SEC only had one outstanding question. I’m just not entirely clear on what the timing is looking like now to get this S1 approved and effective.

Yep, it is IPO and should be quiet for at least 40 days. And we may have 100 for 1 RS in order to uplist ?

How are they going to uplift with only 40 million in revenues and no other company to merge with in sight.
