Do any of you guys remember if 1.) Cutler/Green raised the OS count just prior to their R/S? and 2.) was the old entity a shell before their actions?

That's the one thing of note about this whole thing.
"They" didn't do anything to me.
Cutler never pumped this, not that I recall.
I did it to myself, trying to get ahead of what I thought was a breaking story.
Turned out, the story was, Cutler wanted to clean up a shell, and flip it for a profit. I got caught in the middle of that.
I can't blame him for that.
Don't know a lot about these new guys, but they too, have not said a word to shareholders.
So I can't make a judgement about them.
I can only try to see if I can recover what I lost and if I'm lucky, a profit also.
