ENKS has been promising updated financials and the removal of the CE kiss of death from OTC Markets for weeks now. Any progress on this? Lots of talk but no filings. It is time to actually do what they say they are going to do. It is time for ENKS to take action, not make more promises. Become an SEC reporting company with audited financials. Instead of letters of intent, sign actual contracts. An LOI is not a commitment, it is just a talking point. There is no revenue stream from an LOI. Maybe all of this is just days away from being filed, but based on recent history, I have my doubts. I would be glad to be proven wrong and hopefully, we will see some solid evidence of their progress in the coming days.
