Don Bauder retired and moved to Colorado, but you are right - he was very, very good at exposing the ugly little details hidden in the SEC filings and contrasting that with the glowing statements and promises made by management. He was such a meanie to expose many publicly traded companies that mislead investors. He also exposed government scams, etc.

I have no idea what you are implying by talking about him being able to negotiate favors, etc. By all accounts, he is a very honest man who was very right about EDIG.
