The RS is a negative IMO, but they can't pull it off unless they have some offsetting big positive news. Tutes always push companies like this to get on the big board so they can get $... They will need to "sell" shares.... I don't see why they need the cash and paying all those investor services....though. Whatever happened to good old organic growth?
