Technically, I agree, but clearly, what most people consider a day in court to mean is a complete examination of the facts at hand. It appears that some of the players in this case are desirous of all of the facts never seeing the light of day. As others have said, if this were such an obvious "patent troll" case, this would have been over years ago.
