Why MEMI crashed to 0.0001 from 0.0085 without any bad news at all? I know being-an-non-reporting-OTC-stock further crashed this hidden gem to 0.000001 from 0.0001!

Anyway I'll hold all my shares to sell at 0.01 ~ 0.1 for huge gain!

When will the company Upgrade MEMI to a Fully-Reporting OTC tier?
