Your dealing with a group of people who have been lied to and abandoned for the past 1/2 century by Washington....Not to mention folks from their Ivory Towers telling them...Too Fucking Bad....
Along came a non politician, who doesn't use think tank talking points to garner their vote (only to be slapped again and again)..
Their quality of life has suffered and so have their towns and cities...
Yet, folks from their Ivory towers say too fucking bad...
Record profits, stock opitions, bonuses, all for taking the meager wealth from the lowest paid and transfrered to the highest,,Now we have wealth inequality we haven't seen the likes of since the days of Carnegie, Morgan and Rockefeller...
Thats the underlying problem never addressed...
2 party media and the truth is never revealed....Now its even promoting revolution, like they could contain the Jeannie once its left the bottle...They are Naive and come from Ivory towers too...
Address the inequality now, while you have a chance and dont think bandaids and welfare programs are the answer, they are an insult to proud hard working people....
The cost cutting is rearing its ugly head in ways that will effect you and everyone now....From truckers to nurses to, to teachers who are burnt out and tired, to John Deere factory workers who are willing to make a stand. They have made concessions for decades only to see the corporate profit rise while their concessions were never rewarded except to be looked down on and told you have a job asshole, be grateful....
Its been affecting 1/2 the population for 1/2 a century...and you have the data to crunch to prove it
All you really have here is the culmination of abusing them and they know the other 1/2 of the country has no respect for them, belittles them and judges them by stereotypes and the very few shown on TV.....How obtuse
For all the education the upper class has, history must not have been taught...The rise and fall of empires is there and repeated over and over. The fall almost always come from neglect of the workers who eventually rise up. The slow decay of the governments and politicians from greed and corruption.... People become oblivious to the plight of the population, they deny its happening, revel in their position of being a have, not a have not...Yes people become truly clueless and then are shocked when it all comes crumbling down...
Should have paid better attention in history class...but in the past, they didn't have them, we do..We have the advantage of knowing world history, we have no excuse other than its a slow erosion of many things and like the hands of the clock we can't see them move..And that's the only excuse we have in this century for allowing our leaders to let it erode...
We are lucky though, the Canary in the coal mine is dead...All the warning lights are flashing that bright annoying red.....
The only question left is what are we going to do about it or what excuses are we going to make for not...
