The following is a personal employment agreement with Alon Sinai. The Agreements signed by Ziv Turner and Dr. Baruch contained similar terms. The IP belongs to the Company.

Speculation is accurate as to what transpired in Q1 2020, and so is the reference to original contracts. The latter is what Browdy eventually relied upon for Turner.

There is a major assumption and speculation here regarding "some negotiations in Q1 2020", specifically as they pertained to whether or not Turner assigned his rights to the IP on which he was named, in the same cooperative fashion as Dr. Baruch and Alon Sinai.

In 2017 I had the same concerns regarding the assignment of the IP. I was able to pull up the employment agreement contracts for all who were in management at that time. Every single contract made it explicitly clear that the IP belonged to the Company. Further, each of the contracts contained an irrevocable assignment IP clause that all parties had to sign and agree to.

I would have to do some digging to be able to provide you with a link but rest assured it's there.
