Hope your buying eight, at these levels. Some people still believe you sell on the news and buy on the rumor. The sellers have my sympathies already. I wish them the best and hope that all goes well for them. Their grandkids might not be as kind for making mistakes but hey that's another story. those kids need to work for college and that first car needs to be a piece. That way when Mom-Pop get the alabama divorce or get hit by the tornado, someone is losing a trailer. The intelligence level of your post leads me to believe your in that scenario.
