Please write to your local Congressman and attach the article from Gary Hines. Tell them it is a major disgrace to the Americans to allow the NWS from happening for 11 years without correction, which is so obviously unconstitutional. Tell them this is the last piece of unfinished works from 2008 housing crisis. I tried to write to Maxine Waters, but failed. I was required to input a local address, which I don't have.
