That which is now Komo was previously various different businesses of different kinds. That which is currently Komo is the result of a merger of Komo and Fasttask Technologies Inc. That prior Komo was not a publicly traded company and its operating subsidiary (now called Komo Plant Based Comfort Foods Inc.) in the past had very different names. Fasttask Technologies Inc. was a publicly traded company and prior to that it was a different type of business with a different name, and prior that yet a different company. The filings with SEDAR indicate that. William White was the founder of at least one of those earlier companies.

The document with SEDAR called "Fasttask Technologies Enters into Merger Agreement with Komo Plant Based Foods" dated February 8, 2021 says that the President and CEO of FastTask Technologies Inc. was William White. Regarding FastTask the document says the following. "The Company’s primary focus is to complete the merger with Komo and adopt its business. The Company also runs a crowd sourcing application called FastTask which offers a seamless way for customers to connect with trusted and vetted experts for everyday home-maintenance needs." Thus William White comes from the company that Komo merged into and took over.

Prior to the merger FastTask Technologies Inc. owned a company called Fasttask Inc. Now, after the merger, Kormo plant Based Foods Inc. (formerly FastTask Technologies Inc.) owns both Komo Plant Based Comfort Foods Inc. and Fasttask Inc.

The document called "CSE FORM 2A - LISTING STATEMENT" dated June 3, 2021 says on page 4 says that FastTask Technologies Inc. incorporated "... on December 3, 2010 under the name of Marvin Holdings Inc. The Company changed its name to Sativio Holdings Inc. on May 18, 2017; to HeyBryan Media Inc. on October 28, 2018; and to FastTask Technologies Inc. on December 8, 2020. In connection with the completion of the Transaction, the Company changed its name to Komo Plant Based Foods Inc. and its trading symbol from "TASK" to "YUM:". You can thus probably learn more about at Mr. White by doing research in the filings of FastTask Technologies Inc., HeyBryan Media Inc., and Marvin Holdings Inc.

Regarding HeyBryan Media Inc. https://investingnews.com/news/emerging-tech-investing/heybryan-media-announces-management-and-director-changes/ (in an article/press release dated November 10, 2020) says in the part the following.

"HeyBryan Media Inc. (CSE: HEY) (OTCQB: HEYBF) (FSE: 9HB) (“HeyBryan” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce changes to management. On November 9, 2020 Lance Montgomery resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Company. Under Lance’s management, the Company was unsuccessful in developing the Company’s business sufficiently to attract financing. Lance has been replaced by the appointment of William White as Chief Executive Officer and President. The Company is pleased to announce the departure of directors Rita Theil, Liane Hathaway and Michael Stulp, who resigned after being unsuccessful in finding a suitable merger candidate. Daniel Kang and Angelo Rajasooria have been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors to fill two of the vacancies.

...
William White, a resident of West Vancouver, British Columbia, is the newly appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has been a shareholder of the Company since prior to its initial public offering over one year ago and he currently holds 926,000 shares in the Company. Since 2018 Mr. White has been the CEO and President of Komo Plant-Based Foods Inc., a private company. He is also the founder of several junior gold exploration companies, and is the President and CEO of Lynx Gold Corp. which was recently acquired. From February 2017 – March 2018, Mr. White worked in his family’s home renovation business. From 2007 to 2017, William worked in safety and logistics compliance and in human resources management in the long haul transport industry. His experience in the transport industry included recruitment and managing all U.S. Department of Transportation and Canadian National Safety Code ratings inclusive of accident investigations, implementing, monitoring, and managing safety programs, policies, and procedures. He has been an active investor in the capital markets for the past five years and has taken courses in Financing, Governance and Compliance for Public Companies at Simon Fraser University."

That latter paragraph is fascinating. Notice that is says that when William White was appointed as as Chief Executive Officer and President of HeyBryan Media Inc. (which later became FastTask Technologies Inc. and now Komo Plant Based Foods Inc.) he was already (since 2018) the CEO and President of Komo Plant-Based Foods Inc. (which was a private company at that time).
