JC is president of a corporation that is selling well partnerships and yet it's not listed as an oil producer here..

and pray tell what is JC selling? Why it seems to be percentages in wells. But wouldn't those percentage sales likely cut into the actual net revenue that the investee ends up with? And, are you saying that JC is selling partnerships from Palo Pinto (and is an officer with a fiducary duty to Palo Pinto) while simultainously serving as a director / president / secretary to OAG, which in turn in an investee of AMEP.

So let me get this straight....Palo Pinto is owned by OAG which in turn is owned by AMEP? And Palo Pinto is selling partnerships in wells that are owned by Palo Pinto, and any profits from that go to OAG, and any profits from that go to AMEP? Is that right?
