While there is no way to know for sure the only logical conclusion I can reach is that the investor is Arbiter Capital. That said, some clarification would be welcomed. However, I do understand from running a business myself that there are many reasons to announce things, and in some cases, to hold things close to the vest until the time is right. This company has been largely transparent, and objectively, has accomplished much in a relatively short time. I realize their time estimates have not always been spot on — but to freak out about artificial deadlines is irrational in my view. Either you are long bc you’ve done your DD or you are not. Time will tell who was right to be confident and who was right to be skeptical. I think time will prove the longs were correct, but as Trip often posts — anything could happen.
