Nobody said Koh didn't sink VPLM'S boat. But a result you don't like doesn't mean the judge is a moron. Or in Apple's pocket (which is just one of many defendants). Or that all of the appeals court judges are also all morons because they upheld the ruling.
I recall "abstraction upon abstraction" was used to describe the claims in question by at least one appellate judge.
Instead it all seems to indicate VPLM is the moron, don't you think?
