There is not an ongoing investigation into CATV or MF. There is an investigation going on into Dror Svorai for Aggravated Identity Theft, Wire Fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. His scheme regarded CATV but there is no accusation that the company or MF were involved or being investigated.
