RE: “I seriously doubt that the directors will now try to raise capital to again become an investment bank” ——//——//——//—
HEY JOE!! YOU ARE WRONG AGAIN.. LOL!!
JEALOUS????HA HA HA!!!
They will become an Investment Bank or else they should not return all equity stocks back to the open market.
EXCERPT:
In the event that all Allowed Claims in LBHI Classes 1 through 11 have been satisfied in full in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Plan, the Plan Trust may receive Stock Distributions which will then be distributable among the Beneficiaries consistent with each Beneficiary’s rights of payment as holders of LBHI Stock existing immediately prior to the Commencement Date,
Joe why would they not try to raise capital? Raising capital will keep them employed even longer. Plus since LBIE paid their creditors in full they can definitely raise capital through debt.
LBIE has no reason to remain and maintain their reopened UK-BK to get paid. It can close and just wait like everyone who waiting to get paid. And any profit due to LBHI will be sent without court approval.
