Well a dollar does come before 60 cents, so it's on it's way. Here is what will continue to drive it:

No HIV BLA as promised.

No Revenue from the Philippines.

Brazil Trials not set to wrap up till 2022.

SEC civil investigation.

DOJ criminal investigation.

Nader winning the proxy battle.

200 million shares diluting the share value if it's approved.

Or, the 200 million is not approved signaling serious regulatory issues ahead. In which case that's a sign there is a serious problem.

CYDY isn't worth gambling on unless it's at 50 cents or below.
